- Within 48 hours of submitting the Return Request. you will receive an email notifying you whether your Return Request has been approved. If your Return Request has been approved, you will be provided with a RRA # and a Return Shipping Label you can print. Include the RRA# with your order. Please note If you received Free shipping at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for your own return shipping cost. We highly recommended you use tracking when returning merchandise back to AA
- Ship the item(s) back within 20 days (includes weekend days) to the provided return address included in the email approving your Return Request.
The Customer is responsible for New Exchange shipping cost and will be invoiced when new orders ready to ship.

Accessory Alliance does not accept returns without prior approval. Returns received after 21 days (includes weekend days) are considered to be “stale” returns.
Stale item(s) sent back after 21 days or without a RRA# and in resalable condition will have a 25% restocking fee applied in accordance with our Return Policy. An E-Gift Card will be issued to you by email following our normal returns procedure. Any items returned after 21 days of the delivery and not resalable are not eligible for any type of exchange or store credit and the merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Otherwise it will become the property of Accessory Alliance to dispose/destroyed.
