Return Policy

While we appreciate your business, we have a strict Exchange or Store Credit only policy, we do not offer refunds for any of our products and Shipping cost are Non-refundable All Sale Special Buy, and Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange nor store credit! All items are carefully Quality Checked before shipping, and initialed by the QC rep on the packaging Slip. We welcome you to return your new/unworn item(s) by mail in accordance with our 10 day Return Process Policy to exchange for your desired size and/or style. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, and/or deodorant*  NOTE: Accessory-alliance has the right to deny the exchange/return of any items that appear to fail any of the above conditions.  The shipping fee is non refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Customers wishing to receive store credit and/or exchange for purchased merchandise must request a Return Request Number (RRA)within ten(10) business days of the delivery date. A mailing Return label will be issued for items that were not FREE shipping. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost,  as well as the NEW out bound shipping cost.  An shipping cost invoice will be sent to the email address on file and must be paid for exchange orders before the exchange item is mailed..
The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange or Store credit:
  • Items that show evidence of wear and/or damage will be returned and not eligible for a store credit
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for an exchange or store credit
  • Earrings, shoes, swimwear, under garments, and hats are not eligible for an exchange or store credit
  • Final Sale, Sale, & Closeout Items  are not eligible for an exchange or store credit
  1. For Store Credit Email and/or Exchange with the following information:

    • A photo of your packaging slip
    • **If for any reason you can not include a photo of your packaging slip, please include a photo of your order confirmation that you received via email at the time of purchase
    • Reason for Return Request
    • A photo of any damaged or incorrect item(s) received (along with a short description of damage)
  2. Within 48 hours of submitting the Return Request. you will receive an email notifying you whether your Return Request has been approved. If your Return Request has been approved, you will be provided with a RRA # and a Return Shipping Label you can print. Include the RRA# with your order. Please note If you received Free shipping at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for your own return shipping cost. We highly recommended you use tracking when returning merchandise back to AA
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 20 days (includes weekend days) to the provided return address included in the email approving your Return Request.
  4.  The Customer is responsible for New Exchange shipping cost and will be invoiced when new orders ready to ship.

  5. items must be shipped to accessory-alliance within 20 days (includes weekend days) of receiving the email approval and RRA# NO EXCEPTIONS   

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card or exchange items) per your request. E-Cards are valid for one year of issue date. The store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price & applicable taxes of the returned item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging securely along with the packing slip if available, ensure items are taped well before shipping. Once order is received by Accessory Alliance in resellable condition the order will be processed within 2 days, and an email notification will be sent to the customer. All orders must be postmarked within twenty (20) days (includes weekend days) of the email approving the Return Request. Please note that a store credit can not be issued until the original item has been received by AA. Store credits are valid for one year of date issued. 


Accessory Alliance does not accept returns without prior approval. Returns received after 21 days (includes weekend days) are considered to be “stale” returns. 

Stale item(s) sent back after 21 days or without a RRA# and in resalable condition will have a 25% restocking fee applied in accordance with our Return Policy. An E-Gift Card will be issued to you by email following our normal returns procedure. Any items returned after 21 days of the delivery and not resalable are not eligible for any type of exchange or store credit and the merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Otherwise it will become the property of Accessory Alliance to dispose/destroyed.
