COVID-19

To our valued customer,

First, I hope you, and your family are safe during this COVID-19 worldwide pandemic. Please continue to practice safety 1st, and wash your hands, and wear your face mask to help protect others! Stay up to date by visiting your local government and the Federal CDC websites, as we're all in this together.

Secondarily, As we receive merchandise in our warehouse we are taking extra steps to ensure merchandise is free of potential contaminants. We are staying safe by wearing our masks and gloves. This is a requirement by all AA staff members. We want you, our customers to have a piece of mind when shopping with Accessory-Alliance.com that we are being safe, and taking COVID-19 safety very serious!    

Finally, all shipping carriers have made several changes to the amount of time it takes for packages to be delivered, with most no longer providing guarantee days/dates. Please keep this in mind, as your delivery may be delayed by 5-10 days once its shipped from the Accessory alliance warehouse. Additionally, Accessory Alliance is adding anautomatic shipping insurance to all orders received on or after 5/20/2020. We'll continue with this practice over the course of the next few months to help guarantee your orders arrive as timely as possible, and in tact. If your order is impacted by a shipping delay longer than 10 days, and/or damage. Please refer to our online return policy for further details on how to precede.
